The day after…

Some pictures from the situation now….but just at the moment the sun disapeared  again…

I do not know  exactly whats with damages in the Sfakia …. here and, however, something is damaged…. the lighthouse of Loutro on the small island before the bay is been destroyed… also of the lighthouse of Chora Sfakion…. in Agia Roumeli it has probably met the land place of the helicopter and in the new harbour of Chora Sfakion some  byof  the big concrete breakwaters have been shifted…., moreover, it came  to several damages to streets or ways….

 

…and it didn’t stopped…

It is really unbelievable what happens yesterday to our coast … on the one hand the ferry fwas struggeling against the waves…. and you are wondering how long the harbour will hold out…. on the other side holds the huge  waves braking into the small harbour of the village… then of the Vrisis Beach… seems like to disapear…. and then also  the Ilingas beach…. waves like in the Atlantic…

Today it is quiet… the waves are quieter and smaller… blue skies and sunshine…, but however, it is rather fresh!! Later on I think I can make some pictures from the situation we have now….the pictures here are all from yesturday….

and just during I was writing I saw, weather is changing again…and it starts to rain….
